New Track in Central Florida

I am not even sure if anyone still looks at this thread but I feel as if I must post since the initial fury of responses were mostly negative (some positive) and suspicious as to the reality of this project. We made an offer on the most desirable parcel and have mostly secured capital and financing for the ENTIRE project including track, club, condos and all supporting structures. We are progressing quickly but not at a pace to overlook detail. Our team is extremely devoted to this project, project quality and its success.
