pucker factor low at Monticello except a little at 17. I heard most 360 and 430's had to lift, but in the 355 it was an easy flat.

not the best video of the year, didn't know I would have so many problems, wish I would have had my 2:34.8 qualifying lap on camera. the Saturday race when Jerome and Will come by is pretty darn cool as they traded places a few times.

I agree with Rob about 17, to me it was the best turn on the track, I needed a slight lift. Without the lift, it felt like I would have pushed off to the right after the crest of the hill. I wish the hairpin was a little more pass-friendly.

Rob, great start in Race 2. Unfortunately, my video of Race 2 consists of 29 minutes of the back of Jerome's car - except for the few seconds you showed. Having failed on track, I am now working on editing Jerome out of my final cut ....

"Thanks. Just curious. What corner on what track gives you the most, uh, pucker power?"

Dale just re-read your question carefully. Not sure I have an answer. The three turns in a row at Lime Rock in its classic configuration, the uphill, west bend and the downhill, are pretty entertaining. The view from the top of the big downhill at Mosport (2?) is impressive. Depending on the car, the kink at Road America can be a barrel of laughs. Tough question. What's your answer?

Ha! I don't have any were near the experience as you. But if pushed, I'd say the T9/T10/T11 fandango at Laguna. In a chick race car (MX5), you're going about as fast as you can go. You need to go flat out as you dive bomb T9. But if you drop the right rear on the track out, you'll end up spinning to the inside. (Look at the tire snakes next time.) Done right, you end up being slung towards T10 at max velocity. A quick bite on the the turn in and away you go to T11. Almost more fun than the law allows. :)

First, Rob, your comment about passing all the CC Ferrari cars all at once was epic.

Secondly, here is my video from the second race. Will and I have something in common in that we can sketch the back of the Red/White cars in our sleep. :)

I want to congratulate John Houghtaling on a great race.

I've got to say the best thing about these races is the camaraderie that has been developing. We all really trust each other and the racing is great.

I want to say that the racing courtesy amougst the drivers is impeccable. We are racing carefully with friends and it shows. This is a quote I received from Franco who got a rely good view of Jerome and Will battling:

"I laud them for their impeccable racing courtesy which clearly should immortalize any and all battle among competitors in the FCRA"

It's really true these guys have traded places up front countless times in half a dozen races without so much as an off or a scratch. They are careful with each other and give each other room, even if it means gving up a pass or allowing an overtake. This is not easy to do and I'm proud of them.

Paul and I have had several races like this a row or two back and it's been great. I've always know I can trust when he's there. Thanks Paul.

Everyone has been great, and the very few incidences all season have been rare.

I'm really proud of the drivers. Next year I can promise we will have an early and more stable calendar so more drivers can attend like at Sebring.

I expect another big field at homestead. And I'm looking forward to all of the social events with the drivers. Something we will have more of next year.

A special thanks to Jim for pacing us with the legendary P4/5, warming up with that machine up front was Epic.
