interestingly, the car is advertised on carsales.com.au as well. however in THAT ad, the price is listed as $8500. should probly be around $30k.

what are the chances of having two scammers use the same car?

i guess this one's just a typo or something. perhaps i'll send him a message...

and in the description:

I'M NOT SELLING THIS CAR, MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HIJACKED!!! PLEASE NO BIDS, NO WATCHERS, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. SOMEONE CRACKED INTO MY ACCOUNT AND PUT THIS UP FOR SALE, I LIVE IN THE UK, HOW CAN I SELL A CAR IN AUSTRALIA!!

and a question asked of the account holder:

A: I received a fake e-mail from someone pretending to be ebay, asking me if I wanted to be a power seller. I followed the instructions asking me enter my details, then next thing I know, I'm receiving e-mails from ebay saying that I have changed my password and changed my e-mail address!! This is now resolved, I will suggest to you to download the ebay toolbar, it has got a account guard, which tells you if you a at a spoof site! Hope this helps
