New website coming for DIY and not gold chain silk wearing car owners...LOL!

I have decided to put up a site that will show and gather information on Lambo's for the DIY's like myself. I will document and have pictures of things that can be done. I am determined not to let this car kick my ass. The site will be www.fixmylambo.com

It will not be a chat room type enviroment because we have too many of those anyways and what I have found in most of these chat rooms you have a handful of people who are helpful and then you have the ones who ask what should I wear when I drive my lambo and will the wind mess up my hair...type threads. I'm a beer drinking grease monkey low budget lambo owner who likes to work on his own car due to the fact that no one is going to take better car of your car than you. I am not a collector so if there is a part that works better than the OEM, I am all for it.

So if you're a beer drinking...own more than 10 wrenches kind of guy or women, then this site will be for you to learn how to wrench on your own car. I hope to get a lot of people who want to contribute with their knowledge of these cars and remember..pictures are the best!

I plan on showing step by step on an engine being pulled..to just about everyting from complex to simple on these cars. I am not claiming to be an expert "yet" on these cars...but I will tell you this, I will ask questions til I am blue in the face or someone bans me! LOL!

It will be a bit before the site is up, but I am already gathering data and pictures....Just because we have these cars doesn't mean we need to be Lambo-taxed on them!

 

Make note to myself....pre-bann mrscarface.....LOL! Kind of reminds me of that Tom Cruise movie where people got thrown in jail before they did the crime....yes, I think a good Q&A section would be good and strictly about wrenching on the Lambo and maybe which beer is the best to drink while doing it...LOL! I will give hourly beer rates on there too....my friends work on the hourly beer rate! LOL! It will be up soon..they never had money so they don't know what it is...now beer and moonshine in KY...now ya talking!

 

Yes, John did a great job and I will not take away from what he did...infact I will link to his site with his permission...but I just want to get vendors who are willing to contribute with their resources and knowledge. I am not wanting to make this a chat board of non-mechanical questions....Frank I should make you the president of this site...so far hands down you have been the most helpful Lambo owner I have found with a few others! hats off to you!
