    wow... those look really REALLY good. Transform/update the 550 nicely because they still have a classic look. Great choice.

    Really love those rims...but when I spoke with the dealer close to me (Sweden) about buying the Novitec wheels, they adviced against using spacers and wider tires. They stated the car would be less stable, especially on anything other than smooth tarmac.

    What's your experience? Any handling problems?

    Unless I've got it totally wrong (highly likely my wife would say) isn't the spacer just compensating for the different offset of the novitec rears?

    the track is definitely wider front and rear. Novitec calls for the spacers due to offsets. No handling problems that I've noticed, but I also lowered the car and put in FHP suspension, so it defintely is a different animal. It's kind of twitchy, like a race car, with instant turn in, but you feel all the expansion joints, etc.
