    When I purchased it I envisioned reading USA Today and the LA Times on it just like the commercials showed with the NY Times. Other than the US Today app and the WSJ I don't see any way to subscribe to the actual paper themselves. Amazon kindle app has them but it says it won't play on my device. Are there any options for this right know, am I missing something?

    Jeff - thats mostly acccurate. Your dependant on the paper creating a news paper app for the ipad. Some have but some have just created mobile versions of their papers that you can view through safari which is autodetected from your iPad. I use zinio to subscribe to magazines on my ipad which is pretty good, also have USA tdoay,WSJ, and Globe and Mail.

    You could also create RSS feeds of your favourite news feeds and view them in a nice RSS news reader on the ipad. Lot of those available in the app store.

    This is perfect! Lots oF free papers to try as well. Many negative reviews but I didn't have any of those problems.
