Dined at Next last night and went to a soft opening of Aviary, both highly recommended. If you're looking for a great date spot Aviary is spectacular. Pic didn't come out great, but here was one of the drinks. For this particular drink they actually come to your table with a Bunsen burner type contraption to heat up the booze which then steams to the top where various ingrediants drip down.
