Next Ferrari supercar???

    We were offered an Euro Enzo for 695k Euros...which seems low...and was told that there is a new supercar coming in 2 years, so the Enzo price is dropping.

    Does anyone know if there is any truth to this at all?

    Our mate NNO will probably know, i myself have heard nothing about this, are you buying the Enzo?

    i haven't heard anything, but Ferrari, himself, was quoted once, when asked which was his favorite Ferrari, as saying this: "The next one."

    There will ALWAYS be another one; another GT car, another 2+2, another super car, another whatever... NNO prices ARE dropping, but i doubt that's because of a new super car on the horizon... Two years out is a pretty distant horizon, too...

    We have an Enzo in the US now...but my friend is not in the US all of the time. So we were considering buying this Enzo and import it to Asia where he spends the rest of the time. If there is a new supercar coming out...I need to get on the ball on figuring out how to obtain one...

    I totally expect the next one...but when told that it would be out next 2 years...that is pretty short time between the Enzo in 2003 and the next one in 07...compared to 87 F40 to 95 F50.

    In 2007 Ferrari are going to celebrate their 60th anniversary.
    So maybe this new supercar will be called the "F60".

    Remember the F40 and F50 was for the 40th and 50th anniversary.

    That is what I am wondering, was told that it is rumored as F60. F40 was in 87, but F50 started in 95 but finished production in 97. Otherwise I wouldn't have taken it seriously...

    On italiaspeed.com, they're predicting that this new supercar ''F60'' will be released in 2007. They're saying it will have a V12 producing 800 bhp.

    Usually italiaspeed.com are pretty good predicting new Ferrari cars.
    What I did..I emailed them to know if they have more infos about this F60. they replied....
    "Ferrari are planning an F60, it is expected in about 3 years or, but we know little more."

    No offense fuse, but if you werent able to get a new Enzo from the factory how do you plan on aquiring the next car? The Enzo prices are dropping because they arent selling for those prices. If you take a look at the ones in the US they arent being sold by "motivated sellers". Most of the listings are from exotic car dealerships that dont even have possession of the vehicle. They simply have a deal worked out where if they can sell an existing owners car for that amount then the owner will part with the car. That was the case in Chicago. The owner didnt really want to sell the car, but he told the Bentley dealer that he does business with " hey if you can get $1.3M for it then I'll sell it".

    Dude, are you referring to 132664, the black/black & red NNO...? It's my understanding that that car went for 6 figures...


    Fuse, can you tell me the serial number of the NNO you have in Europe and the one you're considering buying here in the states...? Pictures would be great... :)

    John T- I think that is the rumor...hopefully someone knows more shows up here.

    OpenWhlRcr- You are right and no offense to be taken. We've had quite a few higher end Ferraris...mostly older cars except the F40, F50, and Enzo of late. There are plenty of people who can afford the cars and did have to pay over $1m to get the Enzo earlier this year. I have to start some where and build the relationship with the dealer, FNA then Italy...and hopefully somday we've owned enough, bought enough and someday to be the lucky few that may get selected for the supercars. Someday...

    NNO- It is all talk now until they produce the detailed info/VIN. I will let you know.

    i posted this before...so here it is again for those who havent seen my rendition on what the new f60 will look like...i suppose it needs a major overhaul of design...but enjoy!....

    still gotsta change it cause it looks like a gallardo

    Fuse my advice would be to form a relationship with Ferrari of San Francisco. They are the only factory owened dealer and they are unofficially allocated more cars than any other dealer. You would be amazed at how many enzos on the road came from them.

    Thats a hell of a lot better then i can do, but i doubt it is going to look anything like the Enzo.

    That's what I heard also. The Enzo is a one-off. no continuety....
