Why isn't the Fchat EU section present at Cavallino 2006? Seeing these pictures, and in treads from last year, it would be great to be there. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=90483 Next year??
Good question Roel! Even in Europe - no way to see so many rare Ferraris during 1 event!!!!!!!! ......and dont forget the sunny weather. Well, why not? Lets focus 2007?! Who knows whats going on in 1 year, but this would be something to dream of and it would fit perfect during the cold winter time here to jump over the pond combined with a 10 days vacation?!
Sounds great indeed! It's a major event! But like Ton said, Miami isn't exactly around the corner... Some more time and money are needed... What do you call cheap for a ticket to Miami?
Euro: 600,- / 700,- with Lufthansa regular business flight Euro: 400,- / 600,- with Cheap Flights - "google" around a bit
That's a very good idea!! I wanted to do that one day and so why not next year??? Just have to see what exames I have to write! And as everybody knows is Ferraris 60th anniversary next year So there should be more nice and rare Ferraris than usual Martin
I posted the photos in the discussion section about Cavllino. I am in south Florida, I live 30 minutes from the location of Cavallino. Miami is approximately 70 minutes by car south of Palm Beach. We are not an area of good public transportation , so you will need to hire a car during your stay. Palm Beach Airport is 20 minutes from ground zero, the Ft Lauderdale Airport about 40 minutes away. There is much going on in this area in January and February, from major art shows, to very large boat/yacht shows. Of course there is Orlando approximately two and one half hours north of Palm Beach. If any of you wish to come to Cavallino next year, feel free to PM me with any questions. Our informal club has many events during the Cavallino that you can attend. We would like all of you FChatters to feel welcome.
Hey Wolfgang, no "Guitar" events around those days ? ;-) Count me in... was the last time in Orlando / Ft. Lauderdale in 1996...
If we can find money for the trip and the stay over there... this could be sooooo waaay awesome I would never come close to soo many beautifull cars in my erea!!! We never see really great classics in Denmark... So would indeed be incredibly great to go there
Ron, thanks very much for the information. It makes us feel very welcome. And like Henk mentioned, next year it's Ferrari's 60th birthday. Think they will celebrate it at Cavallino too.
