Whisky, don't waste your time and bandwidth trying to reason with someone who is clueless and has no credibility due to his own posts/logic
So who is doing the name calling now? I must be getting under your skin pal. But you are a niners fan....enough said
I'm glad you finally agree with my point that Tony Romo is an excellent quarterback. Can we move on now to the discussion of why the Dallas Cowboys of 1992 were the greatest team in history ?
OK old man .....but since you are using my tactic, it looks like you are the one learning from me LOLOLOLOL!!!!
Until the rules are changed, ie 'protect the QB at all costs', and also change the the rules that in-turn change the game from run-oriented to pass-oriented. The NFL is not the same game it was 15, or even 10 years ago, so you can't really compare anything from today's game, players or teams from any team 10-15 years ago. The salary cap also comes into play, every year we see players that were average at best have great seasons, demand a new contract, and jump ship to get more money, we didn't see that much 15 years ago. Go look at how many NFL players have played on 4+ teams compared to years' ago, also take a look at how many NBA and especially MLB players jump - there are so many MLB players that have played on 6+ teams it would make your head spin. Go look at Todd Ziele, something like 10+ teams. The NFL is no different than ANY OTHER entity - it's all about the money, and also, 'what can you do for me today?'.
Truer words were never spoken. I absolutely HATE the salary caps and the state of football today. No loyalty (save a few), no city identification with the team, raping of season ticket holders, 50000 commercials per game, yuck.
If Josh Gordon isn't done forever he should be. He's had how many second chances over the last 2 years? Sad.
Well, I will still take America's Team and its legacy of 50 years than Seattle or San Francisco's any day. There is only ONE Americas Team. This, of course, is why you hate the Cowboys and their fans so much. Why you dog on Tony Romo and find cute little cartoons to throw out. Nothing says envy like hatred. Don't see you dogging on Arizona or Cleveland too much. Thanks for the compliments guys. Another season to begin.
Love the Romosexual bashing guys keep it up!(not that there is anything wrong with being a Romosexual) Love watching Romo choke in the 4th quarter, it became quite predictable last season. Dallas seems to get good talent on their roster, but Jerry doesn't seem to know the pieces in getting them to be a good team, and whatever talent they do have they ride those guys until they get a season ending injury, or close to it.
You geniuses might want to review this..... http://www.pro-football-reference.com/leaders/comebacks_career.htm 6th in the league in 4rth quarter comebacks behind Manning, Brady, Brees, and Big Ben. 20th in HISTORY and isn't done yet. Doesn't quite square with your "Knowledge" huh? You ARE right about Jerry though.
You forgot to post these : and one of my favourites....dmark1, the last line is referring to you And for the clincher....wait for it...wait for it...drumroll please....
As to the last line about winning it all, I have to agree in order to put Romo with the likes of Aikman and Staubach. What I DON'T agree with is the stupid belief that the Cowboys would be somehow better without him. The Cowboys are a team that would have been 4-12 over the last 3 years without Romo. TO get rid of him would be the worst thing they could do. Now to get rid of Jerry? Every Cowboy fans fantasy!
