Yep, horrible injury. Cursed Skins from Thiesmann to Smith. Skins picking up Bridgewater or comparable QB needs to be a team priority.
2017 version pretty good. Vikes vs Saints playoff game was exciting. Had a better offensive supporting case with the 2017 Vikes.
No, Mike. C'mon. How could you possible think that? I want only the best for our division rivals, their loyal and classy fans, and the team's saintly ownership. M.A.T.G.A.
Dak is legit starting QB. Led team to playoffs first 2 out of 3 years. Looks at his stats for 2016 and 2018 before spouting BS.
Surfah. I think the Dallas QB did a great job considering he had nobody to throw to and a great running back who couldn't stay in the line up.
It already is. His new contract is ridiculous (50.125mil over the next three seasons with like 30mil guarenteed). He played the Steelers like a fiddle and now WR's all over league like Julio, Amari, etc. are more than excited that their upcoming contracts have the possibility of being this big.
The Steelers can blame two people: 1) Tomlin for letting things get out of control. I’ve said for years he needs to nip that at the bud. 2) the GM who essentially made Ben untouchable and not accountable. Past Steelers’ greats have publicly questioned Ben and his weekly radio show where he calls out his teammates.
I don’t like the Steelers, I don’t like Ben, and I don’t like AB - but AB didn’t play them like a filddle, they played themselves like a fiddle. And I can honestly say that it puts a smile on my face I actually like AB now LOL
Steelers getting nothing for Bell and next to nothing for AB. Blame definitely goes to GM and Tomlin. Classic mistake of letting a player go one year too late instead of one year early.
If AB disliked Big Ben because he didn't get the ball enough, he's absolutely going to hate Derek Carr.
Dak is not our answer. I’d be amazed if he ever won a championship game (talking conference not SB). Yea he’s a legit starting QB but as I said I doubt we’ll ever go deep with him. I’m not into stats unless it involves W’s and L’s in the playoffs. I’ll take Mr. Aikmans great leadership and his typical stats of 19 for 25 with 0 ints and 270 yards and most importanty a W at the end of the day if I do have to talk stats. Yes I am sadly living in the past. I do hope that I am severely proven wrong though and wish Dak all the luck.
Yeah the 90s were great. Welcome to the 21st century. Unlike doom and gloom fans, I’m looking forward to the results of an offseason with all the key offensive players, Zeke/Cooper/Dak going a full 16 games behind a healthy O line and the continued development of our defense with Lawrence signing a contract and Smith and Vander Esch continuing to ball. We have a lot of young players and I’m hoping the next 3-5 years is productive. We would be better off replacing the head coach before giving up on Dak.
Dak has done admirably in what is arguably one of the most high profile positions in sport while being surrounded with receiving talent that has for the majority of his time been IMO mediocre at best. The one thing i like about Dak is that he remains calm when the stakes rise. I just hope JJ surrounds him with sufficient talent. T
