NFL Pick 'em 2023

Funny you mention that - as I was thinking of bringing the spread in,
probably/possibly for next year.

Maybe for the playoffs this season?

If we do this ****ty WITHOUT the spread, imagine how bad we would be with it.

 

It was ripe for it, if Minnesota had ANY KIND of a running game I WOULD have taken them...
New England was no BIG surprise, if you break down how Buffalo has been playing, the only
reason there why I didn't is NE has sooo many injuries.

I did pick Buff tonight, but would not be surprised at all if TB won,
if they ONLY had a bit more consistent QB...

Risking the 'kiss of death', I don't see any 'locks' on this weekend with these exceptions:
Baltimore over AZ, KC over Denver, and Seattle over Clv, BUT THEN AGAIN,
Dallas went to AZ and got blown out, I am not convinced KC is playing that well,
and as Geno Smith goes, so goes Seattle. << These are not my official picks, only Buffalo is.

 

TB was close, I still think Buff has issues, they did this AT HOME??? 24-18? Gheesh...

 

I think Buff is overrated.
So is Philly and KC. and Miami.

GREAT teams, but something is missing from each, maybe the turnover in the Assistant Coaching staff,
but Buff, KC and Philly are not playing like they did a year ago.

The radio guys have been saying all week how great Balt is, and how bad Chicago is,
which one will lose this weekend?

So will Balt lose, or will Chicago win? is what I meant.

 

NOTHING surprised me today, NOTHING.

Even KC - they were barely winning, really no surprise to me.

GB doesn't have a QB.
And neither does Minnesota now.

I AM surprised at how well Will Levis played, Tennessee QB.
And on a sad note, I needed to dump the least productive player I had on one of my Fantasy teams on Thursday
to pick up a 'better player' that came available, and the least productive player I had was..... D'Andre Hopkins.....

 

Week 8 - we all picked KC to win - they were the ones to lose.....

I fell for the Pittsburgh 'We are 18-5 when a home underdog'....

I said earlier I was waiting to see if one player was on the injury report, he was, he missed the game,
and I SHOULD have changed my pick because of it, but I didn't, and it cost me a win....

If you pick TENN, they must win by 3 points or more - if they win by 2 or 1, or lose, you lose, if you pick 'under', combined points
of both teams must stay under 36 or less total, if you pick 'over' the combined points must be 37 or more.
