    Anyone watching the outdoor game between the Sabres/Penguins today? Being a displaced Buffalo native this brings back some memories for me. We used to have a pond at the end of our street that would freeze over and become our skating/hockey rink. I still have a set of goalie gloves and mask but none of my sticks survived. It's pretty cool to see 70+K people watching a hockey game!

    Oh by the way.....GO Sabres!!!!

    Yup - I was there. What a great day - the PA started playing 'Let it Snow' by Dean Martin at one point. It was the biggest sing a long you ever heard. It was way more electric in the stadium than a football game. It didn't show on TV very well; but it was a full-blown blizzard in the second half of the third period/overtime & shootout.....
    It was like being in a snow globe.
