Be sure to check his feedback. 80% positive and a lot of use of the word fraud in the negatives.

some people.. a quick check about the previous threads the OP has starts about his own car will show that OP has not been very honest at all.. When he bought it in March of 2014, he had :issues: with the shipping company and paint work done..

    see here

    http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/360-430-sponsored-yellow-compass-group/442332-my-horrible-experience-buying-my-ferrari.html

Notice the "Paint work" done and belts also done,

Then 8 months later, first attempted to sell the car here..

    http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/ferraris/466545-360-spider-f1.html

    Notice the mileage at 8400

Then when that didn't go anywhere.. he tried again... saying that no Paint work has been done and belts just done...again.. mileage... 7600???

    http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/ferraris/440239-360-spider-f1-red-tan.html

The pops up today acting like a innocent 3rd party trying to past off a "good deal" to someone ... no paint work and 2 services within a year or so and about 1k miles driven..

OP.. you should have been honest but it looks like this is an issue you have dealt with for a long time..

Ok 1st thing the manual trans, when I listed it ebay asks auto or manual
I checked manual because that's what all the other ads
I've seen have said I figured the pics showed f1. 2nd wheels I thought they were challenge wheels no? front lid closes fine it was open so I could take pics of inside. paint work? from shipper was scratched on lower rocker bottom and Ferrari dealer touched up. bought the car with 7000k miles it now has 8975ish I didn't look today. ebay account is not mine its a friends. I encourage anyone interested to have it inspected by a Ferrari dealer if its not what I said it is I will pay for it.thanks for looking

Why would someone borrow a friend's eBay account when it has an abysmal 80% satisfaction rating. I'd rather consider someone with a first time listing than an 80%. Secondly, your F-Chat handle is Peterod and your friends eBay is petetoyz? Too similar. This is a tough crowd here. Your failed to pass muster with the Brain Trust. BTW: I see listing is no longer active.

The listing expired I will relist when the account owner is available. 2nd peterod is short for peterbilt hotrod. 3rd petetoys has something to do with Amanda's (the person who has the ebay account) son Peter. find something else to complain about.

Did her 80% rating and negatives result from your use of her account? Why don't you have your own ebay account?

I think the issue is that the eBay account you're "borrowing" has terrible ratings and they're related to selling misrepresented vehicles. You're now borrowing that account to sell a Ferrari of all things, one you've posted about here, and left those details out of the eBay ad on the sketchy account.

    Am I missing anything?

Not hiding anything. Typically when someone is interested in buying they contact the seller To discuss the details, history and come see the car. I offered to pay for a Ferrari inspection if I miss represented the car. I agree about the eBay user that's why I have not re-listed the car through their account.

Honesty is so valuable. Here's one of your ebay negative feedback reviews:

"This guy is a fraud DO NOT buy from him because he lies and you never get it!!!!"

It doesn't say do not buy from HER, it says HIM suggesting that, well... there you are again. This thread hasn't gone away because everyone smells a rat. Why not come clean and start over?
