    I read that John Kocisnki is now selling real estate and flipped an 11 acre estate to Eddie Murphy and made a quick $2million+a couple of years ago.

    100k for a motorcycle? The most I would ever consider is a 999R. That just seems like complete robbery. What justifies such a price? Please enlighten me.

    Same reason some old race cars are valuable beyond their components: provenance.
