nice drive

I took the car out this morning for a nice drive, took the long way to Ferrari of Atlanta and enjoyed looking at the cars there. Two highlights were a beautiful 512BBi and a silver/natural 612, love that car. But it became apparent that I just was not going to win in the drive. Every single light was red, and every time someone in a Volvo/minivan/pickup pulled in front of me and drove 25-30mph. Most fun I had was driving through my neighborhood.

But then while sitting at a light, a Kia SUV pulled up next to me, mom staring straight ahead and oblivious. However the beautiful little girl, maybe 10-12 years old in the passenger seat, gave me a big smile and a thumbs up, so I smiled and waved back.

I guess it was a nice ride after all.

 

Took my daughter for her first ride in the car tonight too.

"Dad, you have GOT to pick me up at school in this!"
