    The last two F cars I ordered I chose to get alcantara carpet and it really is a nice addition for a fair price . one would think it would not wear well but if you look at the floor of the car your feet never touch the carpet ... so wear is not a problem . When i ordered this option I also got alcantara mats with leather bound edges to match the seats and a very small horse to match the one on the seat head rest only I had it done at about 2 inches tall so it is a very nice addition..(mats were from ferrari)
    so If you are ordering a new F car consider the alcantara carpet really looks nice..
    I sold the first one with around 6000 miles and this car(F12) after about 10 months has about 3000 miles
    I just thought I would share if anyone cares.

    That's interesting. I never thought of using alcantara for carpeting.
