Moretti, I think that 'trailer special' is one I've seen run at Leyburn a couple of time. Claims 'powered by Ferrari' on the basis of its Lancia Thema engine - another of those Italian engines where a little bit of Ferrari technical input gets translated in some minds to a Ferrari engine...
If you mean the 8.32, it had a little more than 'a little bit of Ferrari technical input'! It's a 308 QV lump with a 90 degree crank. The engine code is F105-L (308 QV was F105-AB ) and it was built at Maranello alongside the F105-CB (328 QV). The car is not, by any stretch of the imagination, a Ferrari. The engine, however, certainly is.
