A guy I know has a home in St. Bart's, who said they wouldn't allow him to bring his yacht in. They have a strict policy that bans all cruise ships.

Sweet Jesus, Admiral! I'm surprised that yacht doesn't have a couple garage spaces in its side with Ferrari's parked inside, and an automated ramp to drive them onto the dock.

 

Several vehicles are kept in the helicopter hanger.

 

I know a realtor who lives on Mercer Island (where Paul A. lives) and he told me that Paul wanted an underground shooting range where he and his security could practice/shoot, so he paid his neighbor a million dollars in order to dig UNDER their house!!

 

How much are those WallyPower yachts? The 118 to be specific.

 

I believe $16m for the diesel, $24m for the jet turbine.

I sort of like the Wallypower 47 more. It almost seems normal but not quite. Not like you've stolen it from the set of Star Wars, but more like you are just 10 years ahead of everyone else.
