This is probably one of the best things they ever did with that golf course!

Any Ferrari owners local to Sac going to attend? You know who you are, always looking at this site but never posting :D :)

Fire extinguisher? We're driving Ferraris, not Lamborghinis. Besides, my RR has a BMW V-12 in it. I doubt it would ever catch fire.

I arrived around 10am. What this event lacked was the sight of overheated Ferrari's pulled off to the side and endless packed line of cars waiting to enter the event. I zipped in with ease. However, I think the HOA must have been on vacation, if they saw the amount of cars parked from one end of the street to another they would have had a stroke right then and there.

For Sacramento, this was their big Concours event, but if you are spoiled by the Carmel shows in August this would seem very small. This was a mixed bag of autos from Rolls Royce and other american classics. Most every Fcar was local to the area with the exception of FoSF. Serrano didn't use the golf course at all, just what seemed to be the equivelent of a event hall with much lawn area and a mini-lake. I suspect the HOA agreed to let Niello trample down that grass rather than the course grass :D I think if you had your money sent back to you, its because there was no more room to park on the lawn. If you were the entrant of an NSX and Viper car, you got no love, those cars were placed on a strip of lawn on the outskirts of the show, closest to the main road. You didn't even need a pass to see them. This was Niellos first Concours event in the Sacramento area, it will be interesting to see what the next one holds.

Ferrari corale for this event included:
    1 - 1965 275GTS
    1 - 1964 250 GT Lusso
    1 - 365 GTC/4
    2 - 246 Dino's
    3 - 308QV
    3 - 328GTS
    1 - Mondial
    3 - 348ts
    3 - TR's
    2 - 512TR's
    2 - 355
    5 - 360
    2 - 550

    FoSF :
    660
    575
    and the Mas Collection
