What do ya'll do when you get the hankering for something to eat at night after you've eaten dinner?

Right now I either eat some cheese, walnuts or a bowl of cereal. I'm looking for something new to subdue my craving. I'll even bust out some chex mix.

I drink a protein shake before I go to bed, but other than that I occasionally eat some ice cream.

I do my best not to, but sometimes a glass of milk and a banana.

I've tried the protein (casein) but I'm guessing it's the sugars sometimes make it tougher for me to fall asleep.

I'll do the milk on occassion, but it leaves me desiring more. I completely forgot about yogurt.

Try finding a protein with as little sugar as possible. I like Gaspari; it has very little sugar and I've never had any trouble getting to sleep, even at 11PM or later.
