After meticulously keeping up with me extrior and interior, I have unfortunately allowed the engine bay to detiorate to the point where it needs a professional-level douching to better reflect the rest of the car.
Has anyone had an engine detail done on their F-Car in NJ that you can recommend ?

    Many thx,

    O

I'd venture to say a 1984 308 GTS QV, at least that's what his profile says - ;) BTW, great shot of the car.

The guys at Classic Coach would be happy to professionally detail your engine, and they'll give your whip a quick tuneup as well.

I am sure there are other solutions as well.

Nice 308!! As painful as it is to say, Classic will do a great job but don't expect your car back any time soon. They are always backed up and will put your car on line for service. If it is not there then it will never get done. Anytime I have been there it was at least 2 weeks or more.

Did you check New Vernon Coach in New Vernon?? I don't know if they do that but it is closer and better area.

Thanks for the tips guys. Most of the local detail shops have engine detaling on their "menus" but I am trying to find someone familiar with these 3x8's, Once you get even a little water down those spark plug holes, she gets really *****y for days to come.

Will call CLassic to get a timeline

    Thx,

Classic does work on A LOT of older Ferrari models which is why I recommended them in the first place. FoCNJ has a superb facility as well, but they primarily work on newer models.

If Classic can accomodate timing-wise, you should seriously consider them.

    Best.

As I said Classic does a great job but just want to prepare you to wait. Talk to Jim Asciutto, he is very nice and honest about the situation. When it comes to older models they do know there stuff. Best of luck!! Let me know how they do??
