    Sooo…I received the registration renewal today for my 458 and included with the standard NJ MVC renewal registration card was a green card (see photo) declaring all the ZEV (zero emissions vehicle) owners will have to pay an annual $250 tax for simply owning a Tesla or equivalent…and the tax goes up $10 each year for the next four years.

    I do not own a Tesla or equivalent so it has no direct impact on me today. Just sharing the “Rubber Room” state’s latest “Thing”.

    They have to contribute to the roads they use somehow, if not by gas tax
