    This past Saturday, the annual NNL Southern Nationals model car show was held in Smyrna, GA, and as usual, it was a good one.

    Here is a selection of some of the photos I took. I had to use my "little" Canon pocket camera because, stupidly, I had maxed out the memory cards in my "big" Canon DSLR. As a result, these photos are not quite as good as they should have been.

    Here are some more. The last four are of the same large diorama, one of those nice "busy" ones where something is going on all over the place. This is the sort of "service" station one hardly ever sees anymore, and note the little details, like the Pizza Hut box visible in the office in the last photo!

    Thanks for covering our show; my 1/12 Tamiya Carrera GT is in your photos, alongside the first of two how-to articles I wrote for Scale Auto on adding some extra details to the model. We always have a blast running the show, we had guests from as far as CA and CT.
