I have searched for two hours for a thread for some help but I cannot find an answer. :(

First, I bought my TDF 1999 355 F1 Spider and she got delivered last Thursday. I took her on vacation (the next morning) over the weekend and put over 800 miles on her because she had only had 2000 miles put on her in the last three years by her previous owner. She ran like a champ and did not burn one ounce of oil and returned almost 18mpg on the freeway!

Got home. Detailed her, and left the doors open with the red door lights and dome light on for a few hours. Nothing happened when I turned the ignition. NO lights, (warning) beeps, etc.

Alarm still worked. Factory radio is somehow hardwired because that worked as well. (There is an aftermarket amp in the car, though)

Trickle charged it and she started up five times in a row. I wanted to be safe and bought a new battery. Everything worked for about 24 hours.

Tonight, while running errands (I bought her to drive her, even though she only has 18,000 miles on her), she wouldn't start. I turned the key and nothing happened. I tried pushing the remote and it beeped two times and still no power. NO warning lights, warning beeps, etc. Radio and alarm still work though. I waited a few minutes hoping something would happen...and after about 3 or 4 times of turning the key everything was back to normal. :/

Tonight, after coming home I started her to pull her in the garage and the same thing happened: No power. This time, however, after jumpstarting her with a battery charger, I immediately tried to see if she would start...the accessory lights and warnings DID come on...but no engine noise. :(

So, she will start every time with a charger attached after a few minutes. SHouldn't the little battery icon on the dash light up if there is a problem with the alternator or charging system? I know it can't be the battery because I just replaced it.

I thank anyone in avance for their help!!!
