    Because you're not a paid subscriber.

    Hit the "Paid Subscriptions" link upper right, pay the $15 for Silver or $50 for Rossa
    and you too can have an avatar.

    It's well worth the upgrade... there are LOTS of things you cannot see if you choose to subscribe.

    Go Rossa and you get a sig line... plus access to even more material.
