No brake boost, low power, no brake indicator lights

    In that case there is 12 Volt at the connector!, that's good news.

    That's correct, brake warning, Parking brake and ABS at least share a common plus 12V. I suppose the seat belt light as well because it is easier to use a switch to ground. The slow down light is driven by an electronic circuit, unfortunately I don't have the schematics.

    The slow down light does share the 12V positive common (176 is the slow down light), just like my Swiss Mondial. So the missing 12V is probably still the cause. As you can see the alternator light (47) uses the same 12V. But this light is ok, so there is 12V at pin 12.
