I just noticed there are 7 Stradales currently listed on Ebay. I've never seen more than 4 at once before.

It certainly appears that the CS market is now a 160-170k market. The silver car in Atlanta looks nice, as does the yellow w/livery.

The Chicago car struggled at 100K. Possibly its modifications worried cautious buyers.

The silver one in Atlanta was my Strad. It is an amazing car and the interior is just sooooo perfect!!

I suspect as the % of Scuderias increases, more Stradales on the market. I've spoken with a number of CS owners who said thay would never sell their cars...and then they drove a Scuderia :)

That should say a lot about THOSE cars ... without them, there are NOT an unusual number of cars available, including Ebay.

A $150k+ car, with mods, not selling in a 7-10 day auction does not mean it's struggling.

Whether CS owners wants to acknowledge it or not, CS prices are on its way down. Not as fast as the modenas and 430 coupes, but they are heading south at a steady pace. I would think it's a struggle to sell any ferrari in todays downtrodden environment.

Stradale's are not dropping in price anywhere near as fast as the 360. They will be stable around 125k probably, my opinion.

Good thing I'm not selling my 360 or I would be disappointed in its selling price. And the prices seem to drop weekly.

Stable at $125k? I guess that means '04 360s should be stable around $90k? And each prior year should be valued at least $10k to $15k less? That means '99 360s should stabilize around $30k if your valuation holds true! I hope you don't own a '99! ;)

In all seriousness the only way you're going to see a $125k CS is if there's an isolated case of extreme financial hardship, a salvage titled car, a high mileage car, or some other errant situation that doesn't automatically dictate "a market." Good, no story, medium mileage cars will hold value at $150k+ in my opinion.

    Time will tell.

And 09 is sure going to be different than anything we've seen in many decades.

I don't see exotics doing anything but taking a beating this year.

But, that doesn't matter if we're not selling.
Just adding my opinions as everyone does.

    Best

Totally agree time will tell and any speculation on stabilizing, like the stock market, is just speculation. All we do know is that the CS is rare, is a basically a true factory street race version, screams louder than any street production ferrari to date (including in my opinion over the scuderia) and, most importnantly, with its lack of sound deadning materials and harsh dampening the car emits a feeling of insanity when driven at speed. Hmm . . . yes too early to tell on designating as a classic but the CS certainly has the hallmarks and pedigree. If you don't have a CS already you would be hard pressed to find a better time to buy one. Whether you pay 130k, 160 or 200k for a super low mile perfect car, against the true facts and performance at its time its difficult for me to believe the CS will not apppreciate in the long run (if not at least for the low mile prestine versions).

Totally agree, what seals the deal for me, I find the CS to be one of the best looking Ferrari's to date. How could it not appreciate??

I thought they made ~1,300 of the 360 CS?

Ferrari of Denver had one on the floor a long time. It was nice. Scuderia red, 4500 miles, all the right options. They kept lowering the price over time and it finally sold when it got to 149K.

It had damage history if I'm not mistaken...discussed previously. Wasn't that the one with a repaint related to a tool hitting the roof or something like that?

It would be interesting to know how many are left in the US. 250? 300?

    OK
I am amazed as to all the price speculation regarding the CS. It may not be a limited edition but does have limited numbers around 1300 / 300 US or so. It is a unique car with a very raw feel and unbelievable sound. Sure there are faster cars but to me the CS is what I think a Ferrari should be. It only makes sense that the car will hold its value better than than its brethren. As enthusiast get their hands on the good cars fewer no stories will become available. It seems their are a lot of storied cars therefore I do not put much stock in ebay and I for one do not plan on ever selling mine so to me price is irrelevant.
