All: After much time and effort, and loads of help from those on the board, I am running on eight cylinders again. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but a new fuel pump relay seems to have done the trick. Particular thanks to No Doubt, Dr. Ferrari, and F355 Spider, who stuck with me throughout my painful learning experience. Also, a huge thanks to Daniel and David at Ricambi, who spent way too much time on the phone with me, particularly since I have never been a customer before; rest assured I will be going forward (hopefully not TOO much, though . Thanks to all the others who chimed in as well; without all the different troubleshooting tips, my car would be on a truck by now. As trying as the past few days were, I learned a lot about my new car. This board was a fabulous resource; I can only hope to be the one offering help some day. Thanks again! John
Great news! I wouldn't own a 355 if it weren't for Ferrarichat and all the helpful fellow owners (both with and without hairspray) The best 'thank you' you can offer is to post some solution or trick you figure out down the road to help out others...some day many of us will be searching for that solution you may post!
