no good deed----

in 03 I purchased a wrecked 02 with 1,800 miles. had it put together and love the car. in 04 I drove it to Pocono only to have a cup car pass me on the straight! we all know who that was. 4 years ago it was zero degrees. started the car to drive home. the oil was so cold that the thing went bang rattle. so with 25,000 miles that was the end. a year ago I purchased another wreck with 7,200. it's been a year in process to make one what looks like a new car. finished yesterday. now to set the codes and I will b back on the road. today I let a friend park his boat in the building and guess what. he ran into my car. no good deed goes unpunished! back to the body shop. next weekend I will receive a QP 3 that has been restored and send the 02 to be finished. NJB automotive, Columbus Ohio. in 30 days he should have my 2000 550 finished. major, interior and body restored to new. car has 16,000 miles and ended up with keyed paint, dings and dents from parking lots. one more car, a 365 gt4 2+2 doing a ground up restore will b finished in two months, I hope. am selling 20+ Maserati and others, to get things under control. just got old. ran out of time.
