No Grille Horse?

The first 4 seater 250 GTs thru 365 had them, the 412 to the present GTs have them, all from the Pininfarina design house. But the 400 series ('76-'85) are absent of this legendary motif, what gives? I took it upon myself to put some life back into the grille.
