Japanese specs have to do with a nebulous concept known as Japanese culture. Wheels, probably away to ensure work for some subsidiary company. Wheels for the Japanese market must have a special JM mark somewhere on the rim. The switch, my guess is they want more luxury than the simple on off, the national speed limit is 80 summer is humid so cars must have low emissions at that speed That all I can guess for now.
