http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0430357/ NONONONONONONONONONONO!!!!!!!!! As much as I am SOOOOO happy that MM is in the center seat..... No No No No!!!! No Philip Michael Thomas, No Don Johnson!??!?!?!!?!?!? Maybe at least he will use the damn Bren Ten. Hell he can HAVE mine if he does!!! Just Grrrrr!@!!!!
They don't want Don Johnson ever since he thought he could sing that song "Heartbeat", it ended his career. Phillip Michael Thomas is sleeping with Dionne Warwick at her house in the guest room since the Psychic Friends Network was cancelled and he ran out of unemployment benefits. Great, wrinkled white jackets and pastel t-shirts will be back in and socks are out along with the smelly shoes.
I'll be expecting some tasteful nudity from Trudy and Gina. Hopefully Beyonce Knowles and Salma Hayek will be available for these parts...
Im just happy The DaVinci Code movie is a GO! Ron Howard directing and Tom Hanks in the role of Robert Langdon. YEAH@
HEY ANYBODY KNOW WHEN THE IST SEASON "MIAMI VICE" DVD IS GOING TO BE OUT? i lhave looked on the 'net a few times and found zero info.
I thought I say a January or February release date. BTW, with Mann in the drivers seat, the movie will rock. I still love watching old episodes. What other drama featured so many yet-to-be-discovered performers? Wesley Snipes, Julia Roberts, Laurence Fishburne... Sincerely, Noogie Lamont
I thought Michael Mann couldn't get all the releases from the boatload of 80's musical groups who did tracks for the show, so the DVD was a no go. Am I wrong???????? They need to get Edward James Olmos for the captain. He's still the best for the roll.
I heard it was truly is to be released. That story goes back years ago and perhaps for some performers, who should remain unspoken, the royalties are worth the effort. Olmos could carry off a role, but I don't think Mann will pull any cheap shots like cameos for this film. Or at least he had better not.
I say make it a comedy starring Norm Macdonald & Beetlejuice from the Howard Stern show. They could drive around fighting crime in the in the Lamarossa!
Nothing surprises me anymore... After the lame re-remake of Starsky & Hutch I guess Miami Vice was next on the list. What's next, a re-make of Cagney & Lacey? /Peter
With Michael Mann doing the creative 'heavy lifting', I await the opportunity to buy a ticket.... The same folks who issued Magnum PI's first season will also be rolling out the DVD package of Miami Vice. The flyer inside the Magnum DVD package indicated a January release date for the MV DVD.
