You got snow today in NC? We are just getting some now, 30 degrees. I guess New York is getting hit hard. --Mike
And all 3 were red GTS ... couldn't have planned it better. Must have been quite a sight to anyone we passed (who could appreciate the significance).
Our snow is pretty much gone, but it is quite cold --- low 20's with a howling wind. Supposedly, it'll warm up today to 40'ish.
Saturday, Feb 13 in SUNNY San Diego County. Had a few days home (I work in South America) and went for an extended drive with the lid off. Sorta offsets the high taxes and number of goofballs one has to deal with living in California. Of course if we have an earthquake here and the car gets crushed in the garage, I have the obligation to post a picture of that too! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Nicely said & awesome pic, Mike. Glad you got home on a great weekend to enjoy her. FWIW. It's pounding rain here today...so give it 3 or 4 days and the east coast is gonna get pummeled with more sh!tty winter weather. Sorry.
I just wanted you to know that I was thinking about you today here in California. It was a hard day at Sears Point Raceway (Infineon) under bright blue skies - turn right, turn left, brake, accelerate... accelerate some more. I mean I don't want to sound like I am complaining, but its really challenging to listen to hours the 355 hitting redline, again and again. It takes a lot out of fella. As I was driving home, I again caught myself thinking of you poor "insert word of choice" in the snow. Here is a link for a little ear candy to get you through to the next thaw! I don't know, Californians don't seem that bad! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cCNAuKED5Fo Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
So true... Meanwhile, in SoCal, since the rain from yesterday dried up, I felt it compulsory to take her out for my favorite 1 hour loop and then detail her in the driveway (shorts / t-shirt, of course). If it makes you feel any better, I slipped the covers on her since I'll be out of town for a few days.
