    seems speedtv, in their infinite wisdom, will not be showing the second practice session at monaco. sure glad they've been showing nascar repeats all week.

    It 's still on the schedule for THURSDAY. Monaco has F-1 on Thursday, Sat, & Sun.

    +1, Monaco is the only event that has Thursday practice, Friday is for the PARTY!

    The NASCAR channel (ur, um Speed) will be busy
    Friday with repeats of this past weekend's NASCAR,
    which featured 12 continuous hours of coverage
    from the All-Star race, which for some reason, is
    something they're proud of (?).

    Then the NASCAR Friday overdose: Cup practice,
    Nationwide practice, Trucks practice then lather, rinse,
    repeat qualifying for each. You'd think the announcers
    (sans Larry McReyonlds) would be bored to tears.

    NASCAR steps all over the #1 rule of marketing,
    "Overexposure Cheapens the Product".

    Speed's official schedule says FP2 is on live 8:00am Eastern time Thursday, rerun at 1:00am Eastern time Saturday. Calm down, NASCAR hasn't taken over the ENTIRE world. Yet.

    My DVR doesn't have the updated schedule yet but I'm happy to hear it will be on SPEED.

    And it'll never happen either. Luckily. Oval racing doesn't bother people outside the States, even though there are plenty of drivers from outside the states these days (esp in IRL, or whatever it's called today). The only ones that do have, what I'd like to call, redneck syndrome. ;)
