What kind of exhaust is that Ford GT running? it sounded ferocious as hell, and dare i say it, could have been louder than jc360's CS and blkblkblk's 360 when they left.

 

It's the Ford racing exhaust and it IS louder that the exhausts on the CS and CF. So loud in fact that it almost deafened me when he started it up at the start of the Rally.

Damn thing is off the hook loud.

 

so loud that I was the reason we all got tix on the GDC tour. Probably wasn't smart to be a wise ass and down shift while passing the already pissed off cop!!!

It sounds awesome, nonetheless.. but yeah, that thing leaves a trail of permanent hearing loss whenever it goes by.

993, do you know what exhaust mods were made to jc360's CS and brad's "CF?" they certainly overshadowed the Enzo w/ respect to sound as they were pulling away. a pity they didn't stay for the actual race start -- not sure why they left.

 

I'm pretty sure they're running straight pipes. They got everyones attention when they took off, beastly sound. The GT was also loud as hell.

 

I believe JC's running Capristo's with straight pipes. And yes...his car sounds ferocious. I got an aural symphony of JC's car driving behind him through the Holland Tunnel. Wow.

 

I'll attest to that! Easily one of my favorite stories..

 

hey yourk, have you done a writeup on his latest anti-police mods, or does he keep the specifics on the DL? What is that new screen up on top of his dash? And what is that Japanese device near the glovebox? I figure he has factory navigation in the dash, or has he taken it a step further?
