Bought Noco Battery charger/maintainer Genius 2 for my 360. Alarm goes off periodically, and starts to charge
    and then stops.
    Any ideas???

Did you have a battery tender before this? Alarms sometimes go off when there is a sudden drop in voltage. Are your battery connections ok? Are you leaving your battery cutout switch NOT in cutout when you are charging? (This is required when your battery charger is hooked up behind the seats... see Dominick's question)

Thanx for your reply. I figured out that if I use the key to unlock the door the battery charger/tender will work without the alarm going off... But where is the cut out switch as I am charging behind the seat?

The cutoff is in the front luggage compartment. But if you're charging behind the seat, then you don't need to find your cutoff switch (it should... presumably... already be in the ON position). If it was in the OFF/Cutoff position, your backseat charger wouldn't work. Also, if you have your cutoff switch in cutoff, then the alarm siren has to rely on its own internal battery for operation (not good). If your Cutoff switch is in cutoff, your car would be almost completely dead. Are there no issues starting the car?

Weird. This is hard to make sense of. Do you get the normal indications when you use your fob to arm the alarm? Are you arming the alarm or are you just letting your car auto-immobilise?

I think we need to know the current state of your battery (with a multimeter or one of those cheap cigarette lighter voltmeters). I'm not familiar with the Noco, but typical smart chargers just have a row of LEDs and seem to show you how they are charging the car, not necessarily the state of charge. With a fully charged battery (and my charger is showing all green LEDs), when I switch off my charger and turn it back on again immediately, not all the green LEDs are illuminated. This doesn't mean that the battery has gone from fully charged to not fully charged in a few seconds :p
