    I have a 360 Modena with the optional carbon fiber seats and the four point seat belts ... the seats keep making a cracking noise that is driving me nuts and it is kind of embarassing whenever I take someone for a ride.
    Anyone has a solution for this?

    Excuse me if this is a silly question... but have you looked for an actual crack in the carbon fiber? There may really be a split or a crack somewhere which is flexing as you're driving the car making this sound.

    and if there aren't cracks, check the hardware and make sure everything is tight.

    Believe it or not I have ... I even took them out of the car to inspect them better. I did not find anything. The strange thing is that both seats do the same thing ... well the passenger one a little less but it still does it.
    When no one is seating on it and you try to shake the seat nothing happens, but as soon as I seat on it then the annoying cracking noise starts.

    So it does it with the seats out or only in the car?

    Good question.

    When you had the seats out of the car... did you sit in them and if yes, did you get the noise?

    This would help you narrow down the possible causes...
