All, I have good news! I have confirmed that the euro non-airbag steering wheel fits well on the American 456 with minimal issues. 4 screws hold the usual airbag steering wheel in place; and 4 screws hold the euro non-airbag steering wheel in place, but at a different radius. I had an adapter made and it works perfectly. I can give the parameters of the adapter out if desired. I'm sure it can be 3D printed but I had mine made out of Aluminum - auto jewelry! I did the resistor trick on the airbag plug. The other wire is the ground for the horn. The positive for the horn is on the native hub so I will make a little jumper wire adapter so the horns work. I will confirm it works when I get to it this weekend.
