I'm looking for some advice on a good independent Range Rover repair shop in the Palm Springs area. My daughter is in Coachella this weekend and she just called saying that her car (a Range Rover Sport) has a problem. She was sitting in the car with the AC on when the cold air stopped and she heard a "hissing noise." She looked under the hood and saw some "smoke" near the back of the engine. I suspect that an AC line blew somewhere, but I want her to get it checked out before she heads back north to the Bay area. I'm 500 miles away, and she's not a car-girl, so I'm worried that it could be a coolant system problem. I've identified a number of independent shops in the area, but would appreciate any suggestions as to who you guys would recommend. I'm just glad it wasn't my 355! Thanks in advance, Bruce
