    I need to get my rotors resurfaced and some pads installed on my Infiniti. I don't know if I have the balls to do it myself, but if I did I'd still need to get someone to turn the rotors. Whatchall think?

    The only person I would recommend on the Southshore would be Angelo's on Gentilly Blvd. in N.O. . I have been doing business with him for 21 years. Let me know if you need his number .

    Most honest and reliable I've found is Mid City Automotive on Canal St in New Orleans. See the owner, Chris. I brought a mini van to him a few years ago and professed that it needed a full brake job as the pads were grinding. I authorized him to do both front and back if needed.

    Chris calls me 2 hours later and tells me the rear drums just had trash in them and only needed a cleaning and the front pads were fine. He could have charged me $500+ for a 4 wheel brake job. . . . what did he charge me? $40.00!

    I've been bringing all the family cars to only him since.
