"MASER" on a maseratti something at portside - hamilton tonight.

Few old Rolls today and an A Martin in the Stamford tonight.

 

B? 1 on a bentley (model before current 4 door).

Lotus Espirit? Older style anyway, Grey, in cleveland. Sounded hot.

 

what Rolls that were a couple of days old?Its Rolls Royce Motor Cars ,dear boy.

 

Excuse my ignorance, kind sir. One I have seen was a Silver Wraith II. The others I am unsure, as they were a distance, and I am uneducated in such fine motor cars.

Spotted a silver 300SL today on Alexander Ave with club plates. Must be one of very few in Oz.

Nice spot. Imagine the impact that car must have had in the post war Europe of the 1950's.

 

Something like that was at CA a couple of years back I think.

Since that's the first I've heard of it, the answer must be yes. A concours for classics? What were the highlights? I didn't go to the Motor Show either since, unless you're interested in purchasing, it's a bit like going to the zoo to see caged animals and I'll see the Veyron at the GP.

 

Very true - I was looking at pics of pre-war Jags, Rolls, Astons etc today and this is light years ahead in styling and technological terms.
