Non-Subscribers can't see Sticky's?

    I asked a newbee to look at a Sticky in B&I. His reply was 'I'm not subscribed'. Is this correct?

    Everyone can see the stickies. I just tried it completely logged out (as a guest/anonymous) and it worked fine

    The funny thing is, I just tried to log off and it wouldn't let me. I didn't delete my cookies, but I would think I could still log off. I clicked log off like 10 times. Weird...

    Edit: Actually, when I try to log off, it says"All Cookies Cleared" but I'm still logged in.

    yes we can - including the "all important" sticky at the very top.. :)

    I have noticed that too... I dunno what it may be other than maybe the new browsers share cookies somehow or something to do with IP's. I delete all the cookies for all my browsers every couple weeks and that gets me completely logged out of everything.
