    Hello,

I have just purchased a 360 and my oil pressure seems to operate at around 3/4 of the dial spacing (above the centre reading and half way to the right end of the guage) when driving normally. Is this normal?

    Cheers and thanks in advance.

    David.

It is when the engine is cold. It smooths out as thing warm up.

Depends on what you define as "normally". As mentioned, cold, thick oil will raise the oil pressure (and why you do not rev over 4k rpm until oil temp is over 170 F. The owner's manual should explain where the oil pressure should approximately be based on rpm.

As posted before you should warm up the car....

On my 360 the pressure after it's at operating temp is anywhere 1/4 - 1/2 and 3/4 at high revs!

I think Ferrari specifies 70-90 psi at 6k rpm at operating temp. Check your manual to verify.
