Hi guys, anyone can help what is the difference between the normal stitch and special stitch option? I believe they are priced the same? Does special stitch means bigger stitches?

Not necessarily bigger but more like a double stitch, so it is more pronounced.

If you are going for contrast then special stitch usually works best, if you want the stitch to disappear then the regular stitch works best.

Go with dark and small stitching on the dash.... If you go bright, it reflects off the windshield and makes it hard to see

Check the dealer's sample case and he can show you the difference. Every dealer has one. Then you can see for yourself.

The Mayor is exactly correct. Check the two stitches for yourself. The exact colors may or may not be available, so you still might have to use some imagination, but definitely check the actually 'regular vs special' stitching pattern and then go on the configurator and explore, that is if they don't have the exact colors you need at the dealership.

Appears that the special stitch ST2 is a shorter stitch. Hard to tell ST1 and ST2 in pics unless they are side by side.

This "Thread" has me in "Stitches" :D

Not only that. A stitch in time saves nine.
