I finally had the opportunity to drop off my 308/288 conversion over the Christmas break to get the Lambda sensor enabled on the Motec and do some dyno time and got to visit the new Norwoods location by Love Field.

Aside from being one of the nicest group of people that you can deal with they also have interesting cars... One of which is a sibling to my car 308/288 conversion - although the engine will be a V12 twin turbo with TR heads (expected output 1400hp). Lots of work has been done to it with much more needed before it is rolling under its own power. There were some interesting comments from of the newer Norwood staff saying that my car was the only conversion they had ever seen finished... apparently these little one off projects take time (mine took almost five years.. this one is over 8 years old), and follow the old adage of "the more money you throw at it, the longer it takes"..

The other neat car was an F50 which they have turbo charged... It is now for sale - anyone interested?

The F50 is Carmack's, as is the conversion. It is twin turbo but it was done without internal modification so that it can be reverted back easily.

They haven't started working on my car yet, but I will keep you posted on the numbers when they come off the dyno, probably less than the 509 rwhp, but sure wouldn't mind giving up some of that hp for some lower RPM drivabililty.
