Anyone here has any experience in Plastic surgery.

I am trying to remove a scar on my nose .

It's pretty deep and I did laser but It didn't help much .

Are there any other options ?

Scars on the nose can be tricky. It looks however as though you have a bit of raised step off at the scar junction. If that is the case then thinning of the underside of skin adjacent to the scar could help smooth any apparent lumpiness. However the scar itself may not be that much better. Scars are always unpredictable unfortunately......

This. What is you concern specifically? Color? Contour? There is no way to eliminate this, but it could likely be improved upon. Is the improvement worth the surgery--hard to know. Nasal skin is a notoriously hard place to disguise a scar.

If anything you do to it will make it worse, why not just put on foundation every day to hide it?

Look up the user Plastique999 on here. He's a plastic surgeon in SoCal. Might as well go right to the source.
