I've only seen one or two colors that make the car look "ok"

    None really get me excited.

The outgoing db9 and vanquish I think are much prettier cars.

I like much of the db10 in James bond's spectre so I'm not sure where it went south for me...

Looks like an i8 and an F Type got freaky and this was the offspring.

What, the 1,000 special edition cars with "Inspected By CEO" plaque isn't going put you over the edge? :)

Agree the DB9 and Vantage look way better. This new DB11 is ugly a shame as the looks was what made AM very appealing.

A lovely British car, now with Japanese styling. I just can't get behind it.

Count me in as disappointed and here I thought I was the only one! Was so looking forward to this car. I'm still hoping to be proven wrong by seeing it in the wild but its usually been pure lust at first sight with Aston's.

I'm also told that the DB11 is the footprint or basis for the Vantage replacement.....hope not.

I'd take a DB9 over this for sure. DB11 has some cool details, but there are too many of them for its own good.

I saw it at the Canadian reveal a couple of months ago. Not what I'd call a good-looking car. Techy, glitzy, gadget-y; basically looks far too complicated and fussy.

Sounds amazing at speed though. I'd have a first-gen 6spd swapped Vanquish instead for the same money.

  10. Agreed here too. They found perfection with the DB9/Vantage and its all downhill now. Too many critics saying all Astons look the same and they strayed from perfection.

A '12 Virage can be had in the States for $100k. Why would anyone buy the db11 when something so beautiful can be had for less than half the price?

Ηonestly i do not understand why Aston Martin chose to adopt this conservative line for the new car. IMHO the 2012 V12 Vantage and the Vantage series in general looks more superior and gorgeous in comparison with the new car.

    perfect description :)

I think it looks OK, not great, and certainly not at all as good looking as some of the recent production AM's or the DB10.

But I do agree, I couldn't justify spending more. Maybe as an write-off lease.

I'm seriously considering picking up a Virage. I'm going to reach out to a dealer about what a 2 year warranty would cost on a '12. I'll let you know. It'll replace my Bentley if I pull the trigger.

I was surprised to see how long they will offer warranties for - DeMuro got a dealer warranty for a 2007 Vantage?!
