Just thought some folks would like see how well the new Shelby Mustangs are doing. I understand they they are getting 600 hp at the wheels on the stock blower and mods and mid 10's in the 1/4 at 4100lbs. This car belongs to a Tuner who will begin selling these as upgrade kits. That and the Saleen Handling package and watch out. Talk about bang-for-the-buck.

Because they are so new- dealers are jacking the prices. Give it a year and even with all the mods, engine and handling you should be around Z06 #'s.

I'm sorry, but those things are a boat anchors. Weight is rediculous, only the Veyron can pull off a two ton weight. I would suggest buying a 2004, cheap mods will easily bring you to a better performing car than the new Shelby (who by the way, had nothing to do with the designing of the car).
I'm unimpressed with the newest iteration Mustang. I hope they get better in the next generation.

i don't know how you can be unimpressed with 600 hp and 10.46 et's. in a street car that is just plain fast.
