Heh, perfect Enzo replica then. Gotta admit whoever did this has some balls, and skills too judging from the pics. The price is comical though, it's gotta be worth less than the original car now.

Because some owners think it might be worth something someday or just want attention.

I mean, how many 308 to 288 GTO re-bodies have we all seen?

    Exactly.

    1. You have a 430, which is a very respectable (and authentic) Ferrari already.
    2. For some reason, you decide that you want to kinda, sorta look like you don't have the perfectly respectable, authentic Ferrari that you do have, but a different - and arguably less attractive - more expensive Ferrari instead.
    3. You go to enormous expense and trouble to accomplish this.
    4. Despite evidence of significant skill, it still doesn't look quite right.
    5. You've turned a genuine Ferrari into a kit car. (And no, South NC, I don't really get the 308-to-288 "conversions," either.)

    Sorry, I don't get it.

I kept waiting to see it was a salvage vehicle, but don't see that it is.

Pretty remarkable being made from carbon fiber. I think they would have been better off making it look like one of the design studies we see and calling it SP project.

WOW! That's crazy but I have to say you would have to know Ferrari's or Enzo's to know something is off. From the pics it looks like the proportions are off but it's interesting to say the least. Not my taste either.

That's awful. Why would anyone do this? It's so poorly proportioned.

I'm waiting for all the pro-replica posts:

    1. Couldn't afford an Enzo
    2. Was a father-son effort
    3. Look at the craftsmanship
    4. Tribute to Ferrari/honoring the marque
    5. Can't drive a real Enzo but can drive this

    etc.
